Each year, the FWA's Awards Ceremony recognizes outstanding leaders in finance, including the FWA Public and Private Sector Woman of the Year and Male Ally of the Year, and celebrates the exceptional achievements of the FWA Scholars.

Highlighted for being the FWA’s most successful fundraisers benefiting its scholarship, mentoring, financial literacy, and other educational programming, this annual gala is typically held in either April or May. For many years, it was held in the heart of midtown Manhattan at the Hyatt next to Grand Central Terminal.
