Speaker ProfileMadeleine Cohen, MLS and MA, City University Graduate Center, is Assistant Director for Electronic Resources at the Science, Industry and Business Library (SIBL), New York Public Library, where she oversees provision of electronic information through 300+ licensed databases and supervises SIBL's training program which to date has reached more than 60,000 people. Ms. Cohen markets the Library's premium services and resources to diverse professional, trade, and government groups. In 2008 she has customized presentations for the Association of American Publishers, the Five O'Clock Club, the NYC Business Solutions Center, and the U.S. State Department's Entrepreneurs Program and a number of small business support providers.
