Speaker Profile


Laura Hill is founder and managing partner of Careers in Motion, a career coaching firm based in New York City. She works with clients at all career stages, including senior executives, in the areas of career strategy and planning; market positioning; resume development; job search; interviewing skills; and negotiations. Laura is a Certified Career Coach with The Five O’Clock Club, an outplacement and career coaching organization.

Previously, Laura managed outplacement services for Crenshaw Associates, and earlier in her career she worked in banking and executive search. Laura received an MBA in finance from the Stern School at New York University and a BBA in marketing from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas.
