(l-r): Linda Chow, Anna Haskell, Dorit Schwartz and Manju Seal

This week, BMO Capital Markets announced the hiring of four highly skilled candidates from the FWA’s Back2Business program. Congratulations to Manju Seal, Linda Chow, Dorit Schwartz, and Anna Haskell for being chosen by BMO to participate in the program which places experienced candidates who have been out of the workforce while caring for elderly parents or children back to work.

As part of the program, candidates will have the opportunity to re-enter the workforce through a paid assignment lasting from 90-days to one year, each participant will be supported through mentorship both within the organization which they join as well as through a FWA mentor, and individuals may also be eligible for re-training support for relevant coursework or to re-establish certifications. We are delighted to have created a program that furthers our mission and are certain that these women will put their financial expertise to use at BMO.  Please join us in welcoming the four candidates to their new roles.
