Thank you for your interest in the FWA website. Job postings are free of charge to employers and position specifications are listed in a secured area accessible only to FWA members. Opportunities are posted every few business days and edited to comply with website format and allocated space. Listings will remain for about 3 months unless otherwise requested. Postings are not reviewed with the listing party after editing. Listings are run at the discretion of the FWA.
Typical opportunities have been in Marketing, Finance, Risk, Audit, Accounting, Trading & Investments, Technology, Legal, Project Management, Operations, General Management (includes Head of Non-Profit), and C-Suite positions including CFO and COO.
REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Salary:
Corporate Sector: base salary + first year’s bonus/commission, minimum of $100,000.
Not-for Profit Sector: base salary minimum of $75,000. Compensation must be included; however, you may request we not publish this information. |

The FWA does not have ability to act as intermediary between job posters and members. Therefore, listings must include address, phone number and email of contact person, or alternative method for applying for the position (e.g., online URL).

Chief Financial Officer
ABC Search Firm seeks a Chief financial Officer for our client, a financial services firm. Position reports to CEO with dotted line to President and COO.
Responsibilities: Accountable for integrity and strategic direction of firm’s financial and accounting functions, plans and processes. Challenges include all regulatory filings, consolidations and financial statement preparation, monthly/quarterly financial close, proprietary trading, general accounting, and tax returns.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; MBA in finance or accounting preferred; solid experience in GAAP and broker-dealer regulatory filings; previous experience leading finance and accounting teams a must; must currently be a CFO working for a broker-dealer or reporting to CFO in the broker-dealer; public accounting experience a plus.; full relocation package. $280K-$300K + bonus.
