FWA – Seton Hall Mentoring Closing Program – April 23rd

The FWA NJ/Seton Hall Mentoring Program held its closing event on Monday, April 23 at Seton Hall.  The program for the evening was a panel discussion on mentoring, in which 3 mentors and 3 mentees shared how their relationship has developed, the types of issues they have discussed and what having a mentor/mentee means to them.  The moderator of the discussion was Sally Glick, who is a Principal and Chief Growth Strategist for Sobel & Co., and the panelists were as follows:

Mentors:
Mindy Warde, Citizens Bank
Tatiana Preta, MUFG
Cynthia Crosson, retired (Fitch Ratings)

Mentees:
Abigail Anaemeje
Divina Tanamal
Laura Tecza

Following the panel discussion, Nina Batson from MUFG spoke briefly.  Then, the graduating seniors were presented with a gift from the FWA, to congratulate them, wish them well as they embark on their careers, and thank them for participating in the program.  The seniors pictured below are Allison Yashay, Monica Sowa, Laura Tecza, Abigail Anaemeje, Rachel Lamont, Chardonnay Stephenson, Shaliyah Girdner and Gricelda Hidalgo Polo.
