We are excited to announce, for the second year, our Member2Member Mentoring program which is offered, at no charge, to members of the FWA. As you know, mentoring has become one of the fastest growing career coaching platforms.
The FWA Member2Member Mentoring Program supports the FWA mission of accelerating the leadership and success of women in the financial community by pairing senior members with extensive career experience with members looking to advance their careers and build leadership skills.
If you have at least 5 years of work experience and are interested in participating in the program as a mentee, following in the link to complete a short application and provide your resume:
Please complete the application and resume submission by August 31st. We plan to interview all eligible mentee applicants before we assign pairings. We are hoping to find areas of common interest and/or experience to guide us in the matching. Our program will begin on October 17, 2018, with a kick-off event and run through April 2019.

Our FWA Member2Member Mentoring Program is available to FWA members only.
Our goals are to establish meaningful Mentor and Mentee partnerships where the two work together to empower the Mentee by helping to identify abilities.
