Bio: 
 

Kate WadeKate Wade is a Global CV and Résumé expert and Certified Executive Coach. Her promise: scroll-stopping résumés. Having sat at the tables where the C-Level decisions are made, she knows first-hand what it takes for women to prepare, network, "apply", interview and attain top levels of leadership in the world’s largest enterprises.

 

Originally from Chicago and currently in Minneapolis, Kate is a former non-profit Executive Director and former Head of Global Strategy on the executive team for a $2B company within a $11B enterprise. Since 2019 she has been an executive coach to women business owners and job seekers, most recently as Director of Coach Development + Programs at Safi Media.

 

Kate has led $20M+ M&A initiatives in Europe and North America; managed strategic global sourcing & procurement projects. As a Learning & Development leader, she developed and facilitated a National Training program to 5K+ senior sales leaders, and designed and directed a $1M+ annual high-potential Professional Development training program for strategic account managers.

 

With a Master’s Degree from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, Kate speaks fluent German and is a nationally awarded flutist. ....And she writes darn good resumes that get women hired!
