Description: 

Join FWA President Annette Stewart and featured guests for Transition Tuesdays!

 

This forum will gather via zoom on the third Tuesday of each month from 6-7 pm. Come share space with other FWA members for support and tips on advancing your career and navigating professional transitions. Sessions will be interactive and are open to all levels. This week, Annette will talk with Kathryn Mayer, who recently published her 3rd book: The Productive Perfectionist: A Woman’s Guide to Smashing the Shackles of Perfectionism.

 

Join Kathryn Mayer in an exciting discussion as she talks about key themes from her new book on breaking free from paralyzing perfectionism. And, and how becoming a productive perfectionist can help you thrive during a transition.

 

 

Bio:

Kathryn C. MayerJack Kelly

 

For over twenty years, Kathryn has coached high potential and C-suite executives and led workshops throughout the world. 

 

Her perspective on leadership is shaped by her experiences as both a former top-ranked amateur tennis player and a Human Resource executive who led change and developed talent in competitive corporate environments, including Goldman Sachs, Deloitte, and Citigroup’s investment bank.

 

She is the author of Collaborative Competition : A Woman’s Guide to Succeeding by Competing and an eBook, How to Stay SANE and Successful in the COVID World. She published her third book, The Productive Perfectionist: A Woman’s Guide to Smashing the Shackles of Perfectionism, on June 10th, 2024.

 

She is certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF) at the PCC level as an executive coach.
