Topic: Partnerships Between Tech Startups and Incumbents

Description:

Collaboration between tech start-ups and large corporations has been recognized as a key for fostering innovation. Such collaborations can help corporates to enter and create new markets as well as improving competitive positioning. However, working together comes with various potential challenges including a clash of cultures, agile versus static work processes, different work ethics and different levels of appetite for risk.

Sri Ramaswamy, the Founder and CEO of Charlee.ai, will share insights into how these partnerships are structured and the challenges and opportunities involved.
