The Financial Women’s Association (FWA) Directorship and Corporate Governance Committee (DCGC) is proud to announce the return of its highly regarded “Virtual Board-Ready Program” for a fourth consecutive year. This initiative, presented in collaboration with the Deloitte Center for Board Effectiveness, underscores our shared commitment to fostering leadership excellence and advancing corporate governance practices.

This highly coveted program is available to FWA members, is tailored for current board members, senior executives who are board-ready, and those aspiring to serve on boards either in non-profit or corporate capacity. Participants will gain critical insights into board responsibilities, evolving governance standards, and emerging risk trends in today’s dynamic business environment.

The program spans four interactive virtual sessions, held monthly, and requires full attendance to maximize the learning experience. Registration closes on February 19, 2025, and early registration is encouraged as seats are limited and in high demand.

To secure your spot, please complete the FWA registration and then follow the link provided to finalize your registration through Deloitte’s portal.

Don’t miss this exclusive opportunity to enhance your boardroom expertise and join a growing network of accomplished professionals shaping the future of corporate governance.
