BMO Equity Through Education Trading Day Celebrates 20th Anniversary and Raises C$1.5 Million to Promote Education, Development and Progress
BMO's 20th Equity Through Education Trading Day raised C$1.5 million this year to promote education, development and progress for thousands of promising students around the world. Each year, BMO donates all North American and European institutional equity commissions from one day of trading to select charitable organizations helping diverse, bright, and deserving students in support of their post-secondary educational ambitions.
FWA is grateful to be a recipient of this incredible program. BMO Capital Markets will generously provide the Financial Women's Association with $180,000. This infusion of funds will bolster the vital work we do with students and mentees. Want to learn more about our impact? An FWA scholar from 2005, Yulissa Familia, was featured in BMO’s news release around their 2024 ETE day. Read her story here.
BMO Capital Markets, your generosity is truly appreciated, and we thank you for helping us make a positive impact in the lives of future women leaders.
